It's important to note that your pain will still be there at the end of the digital Pain Management Programme. PMPs are not a curative treatment.  However, Pathway through Pain will teach you how to effectively manage your persistent pain, so that although the pain is still there you will have more confidence to manage it on a daily basis, feel emotionally stronger and more able to cope psychologically.

Pathway through Pain is the original and only online Pain Management Programme (PMP). NHS-approved, the online course course delivers all the elements of an intensive PMP that are usually delivered in a group setting to chronic/persistent musculoskeletal pain patients who meet the following criteria. By joining the online course it is understood you meet this criteria.

  • Have experienced musculoskeletal pain for 6 months or more.
  • Understand this is not a curative treatment; the pain will still be there at the end of the course.
  • Have had all appropriate investigations for the pain and tried other treatments.
  • Pain is causing reduced activity and unhappiness.
  • Are not suffering from severe depression.
  • Understand the course cannot diagnose or detect any medical problems.
  • Are not waiting for further investigations or treatment which is expected to solve the pain problem.
Pathway through Pain costs £60 (US $80 EU €70). This is not a subscription; it is a one-off fee for lifetime access to the full online Pain Management Programme (PMP); no time-limits, no restrictions; one-fee for life. For healthcare and enterprise pricing, please see here.
You'll be guided through all the elements of an intensive Pain Management Programme (PMP) over 24-easy-to-manage-steps. You can participate at your own pace, take breaks when you need to, taking as long as you like to complete the course.  Most people take around 6-weeks or so, but the quickest time you can finish the Pathway is in four weeks. We recommend aiming to complete 3-4 steps each week.
