You're guided through all the elements of an intensive Pain Management Programme (PMP) over 24-easy-to-manage-steps. You can participate at your own pace and take breaks when you need to. Most people take around 6-weeks or so, but the quickest time you can complete the program is in two-weeks. We recommend aiming to complete 2-3 steps each week.

The program will not progress without you, so you cannot miss a session on the program. If you accidentally move forward onto the next step and want to move back to where you were, simply contact us to request this.

There are set break-points within the program structure to encourage you to pace yourself. The breaks last no more than a day, so you'll be able to login and continue from where you left off tomorrow.

You will have access to the program and its tools for the duration of your given license (typically one or three years). You can take part at your own pace and will learn lifelong skills and techniques for continuing your practice into the future.
